Responsibilities

Receive and direct phone calls, schedule appointments, check-in patients, obtain necessary patient information to file and update patient records, and ensure all forms and consents are completed by patients.
Check-out patients, assist with referral processing and arrange laboratory services.
Handle billing process.
Prepare patients for examination, take vitals, and record patients’ health history.
Set up EKG machines, administer injections and medications, and perform routine specimen collection and tests.
Prepare equipment and examination rooms and clean instruments.
Assist physicians with medical treatments, procedures, and exams.

Qualifications

Job Description

As an IV therapy technician at Noble Health Clinic, you’ll be responsible for administering intravenous medications and fluids to our patients. Responsibilities

Prepare medication for patients.
Organize and track medication stock.
Assist other medical professionals, such as doctors and pharmacists.

Qualifications

We are looking for a pleasant Front Desk Office Secretary to undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at the desk at our main entrance. You will be the “face” of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make. You should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information. A customer-oriented approach is essential.

Responsibilities

Keep the front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary materials (pens, forms, paper, etc.).
Greet and welcome guests.
Answer questions and address complaints.
Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
Receive letters, packages, etc., and distribute them.
Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels.
Check, sort, and forward emails.
Keep updated records and files.
Monitor office expenses and costs.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a front desk representative, agent, or relevant position.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in radiography and be able to work collaboratively with our team of healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

Prepare patients for radiological procedures by explaining the process and positioning them correctly.
Operate x-ray machines to produce high-quality images of a patient’s internal structures.
Follow safety protocols to minimize radiation exposure to patients and staff.
Evaluate the quality of images to ensure they meet diagnostic standards.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure that imaging equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to interpret results and develop treatment plans.

Qualifications

Associate’s degree in radiologic technology or a related field.
ARRT certification and state licensure.
