Responsibilities

  • Receive and direct phone calls, schedule appointments, check-in patients, obtain necessary patient information to file and update patient records, and ensure all forms and consents are completed by patients.
  • Check-out patients, assist with referral processing and arrange laboratory services.

    Prepare patients for examination, take vitals, and record patients’ health history.

You will be the “face” of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make. You should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information. A customer-oriented approach is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Keep the front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary materials (pens, forms, paper, etc.).
  • Greet and welcome guests.
